This time tomorrow....
I'll be on my way to Los Cabo, Mexico for my next venture in
Living the Lyme Life

Monday at 11am begins my 2 week journey into the stem cell world.
To treat my chronic and late stage Lyme Disease and babesia.

Lots on my mind today,
but everything is a go,
I'm packed and ready.
But
I can't help but think of what lies ahead of me,
with this type of stem cell treatment.

I was told Stem cell therapy induces a severe Jarisch–Herxheimer reaction. They also said Most of the 2 weeks I would be downed because of it.
Even with their detox plan.

Worse than ANIV HERX

A herxis a reaction to endotoxin-like products released by the death of harmful microorganisms within the body.

What does a herx feel like?
fever, chills, rigor, hypotension, headache, tachycardia, hyperventilation, vasodilation with flushing, myalgia (muscle pain), exacerbation of skin lesions and anxiety.

So
To say I'm nervous, is an understatement!
6 stem cell treatments over 2 weeks.
But
I know It's my next step in my quest in beating Lyme disease💚

Some comfort was given though.

The talk with my NEW Lyme dr about this procedure went well, and helped calm some of my fears....
Dr H even said...
I may not need him on January 9th,  and I would probably cancel my appointment with him :))
(this is the dr from NH who did my 1st picc line)
And
He wants a call if I do.
He wants to know what it helps and the details.
These details on this particular kind of stem therapy could help some of his more difficult cases, so he wants to know :) now that's a good DR 💚
(my old Lyme dr was a DISASTER because he doesn't treat the worst of us. Us with late stage Lyme Disease)

I truly have lots of H💚PE for my new venture in
Living the Lyme life.

💚Thank you for taking this journey with me
